17:30  Vespers in Church
18:00 -19:00  Evening meal on our own followed by free time for study, prayer, etc.
19:30  Compline (last prayer of the day in the Church)
20:00  Bed time: that is, in our rooms and quiet
During the training years (about 7 years) there are regular courses given in the novitiate during the work periods.

As you see, there is quite a bit of structure built into our days but it soon becomes an easy flow from one activity to the next, always trying to keep God as our central focus.  There is also room for humour and enjoying one another, built in and around our silence.
