We center our day around the Eucharist and the singing of the Psalms (the Divine Office or Liturgy of the Hours) which calls us to the Church seven times a day.  We primarily use the Norwegian language in our worship, along with some Latin, and occasionally, some English.  Our Chaplain, Fr. Anthony, comes from our monastery in Ireland.  He lives on our property and this enables us to have the celebration of the Eucharist each day.
Cistercians have always had very simple churches where light plays an important part in the architecture.
